These terms apply to Betzeil Hakodesh Alerts (the “Program”), the text message (SMS) program of Betzeil Hakodesh. By signing up for the Program you agree to these terms.
1. The Program
Subscribers receive recurring news updates and alerts from Betzeil Hakodesh by text message, such as new reports, updates, notices and announcements. On the sign-up page you choose the categories you want to receive (Reports, Photos, Notices, Updates, Mazel Tov); you receive messages only for the categories you chose. To change your choice, sign up again on the sign-up page with the same number.
2. How to sign up
You can join only on our sign-up page, betzeilhakodesh.com/sms, by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. By signing up you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number, or that you have the account holder’s permission.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are recurring and are sent when there is news, so on some days you may receive several messages and on others none.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the Program; your mobile carrier’s normal rates for text messages and data apply. Ask your carrier about your plan.
5. How to cancel
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply STOP ALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT. After you cancel you may receive one more message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then you will receive no more messages from the Program. You can also ask us to remove your number by contacting us at [email protected] or 605-313-9594. To join again, sign up again on our sign-up page.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program works with most U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, but not every carrier or phone may be supported.
8. Who can join
The Program is for U.S. mobile numbers. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to sign up.
9. If you change your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from it first, or tell us, so that messages do not go to the next owner of the number.
10. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
